"This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again."

"We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!"

"Had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Cute rustic decor and a great location. My husband and I wear able to walk to dinner each night and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were even able to bring our dog and he loved it too. "There was confusion at check-in as they where not prepared for our rental. But the owners where very quick to respond, and had the place ready in a half hour. This was great for a over vintage stay, but would not be comfortable for more than that."
