"Room smelled stale. Pizza box with leftover pizza on balcony. Toilet would not flush, had to call for someone to plunge it. Then, the handle for the toilet broke loose and, would not flush. We have stayed here before and, always looked forward to our stay. This stay was certainly not up to the same standards. For the price, it was not worth it - very disappointing. "

"Exceptional front desk staff, both on the phone and in person. I stayed three nights. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Didn't need ac or heat. The building's age showed in minor ways which did not detract from the stay. Conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. With the modest room rate, it was perfect if you just need a bed and an easy, self-serve breakfast. Although the room was not cleaned until I departed, I would definitely stay here again."
