« Je ne sais pas qui a attribué 5 etoiles a l'hotel, mais a la qualite de la structure le reste est totalement absent, pas de segnalitique, pas de concierge pour les bagages, petit dejeuner inexistant (pas de the, de laitage, produit rapidement epuise ....), service desastreux fait vraisemblablement par du personnel sans formation ......la liste et longue et je ne recommanderai pas l'hotel pour des voyageurs s la recherche d'un vrai 5 etoiles. »

Restaurant du collègue (réduc 10%) super, italien mais servant plats hongrois. A faire, en dehors des abords du lac, la tour panoramique tournante (pour un prix modique)... assis confortablement, vous tournez lentement et découvrez ainsi le paysage et la ville, à 360°, formidable! séjour plus que satisfaisant. »
