It’s about 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants, and getting around was easy with Uber, which felt safe. I also liked the gated entry and coded room access. Would definitely recommend."

Pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Rooms were charming & very clean. Would definitely stay here again. A car is needed to get to main restaurant areas but parking wasn’t a problem so it worked out great. "

"This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet location 3 blocks from the malecón. There are a number of excellent restaurants within 2 blocks. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Beds, a/c and hot water were all great. The pool is immaculate and heated. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in La Paz and we will definitely stay here again."

"The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen.
