"the pool was very small but nice. all parking is on the street. the staff were very accommodating but their hours are limited. bring good ear plugs as there are barking dogs at business across street - noisy all night. patio was nice. breakfast was a banana/fruit and drinkable yoghurt. cookies came out at 10 am. this place does not have a kitchen, only a very small frig. NO ice machine. plenty of filtered water available in lobby"

"Been traveling to la Paz for years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed. The property is old and not maintained definitely not like the pictures they share, the room was dirty and the beds were old. The shower head was so old it sprays water all over the place and the bathroom floor was soaking wet after every shower. Girl next door got stuck in the bathroom for like an hour until staff was able to open the door for her. Went to have breakfast and the staff was super rude like if they all hated their job. "

"The room was spacious and clean. Free on-site parking was very helpful. Walking distance to the malecon and nearby restaurants was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself was only okay. Our room was right on the street with a view of the street and was noisy. The photos of the rooms on hotels.com were nothing like our room, which was industrial-looking (although very spacious). The pool was also nothing like the photos and was small and cold. Our stay was overall fine, but I would prefer something with more ambiance with good views. "

"I looked at the reviews before I booked and can’t figure out what th others were talking about. This place is nothing like the photos, it’s very old and dated, needs a remodel, isn’t particularly clean and is very loud. There is no insulation springs doors and windows so it’s very noisy, despite the fact that it’s in a quiet area. The pillows are like plywood, sheets are polyester and the towels feel like sandpaper. The staff were all nice and helpful and the location was great, but other than that, it’s not a nice hotel."
