"My room was clean and well equipped. However, the bedding was just a bit uncomfortable. My first night was disrupted by a neighboring room that woke me at 2:30 am with a loud scream, followed by another about 30 seconds later but with laughter at the end. This went on for about 15 minutes. I call Ed the front desk and they said they would send someone to patrol the area. But by that time the noise had settled to loud talking. When I called down the next morning, they had no record of my call. So...
