"We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment."

"We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

"This house was perfect for our family to stay while visiting family in the area. The home was spacious and updated nicely with a very private and lovely back yard. The location was fabulous, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We did appreciate the abundance of cleaning and general supplies however a microwave and ice maker would be a nice addition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney ."

"This was a perfect house for our family (me, my husband and 2 boys 16 and 17). We loved the hot tub and outdoor lounge area and the house is spacious, clean and lovely. Universal and Warner Brothers are within 10 minutes’ drive, and there’s a Von’s and Starbucks a 5 minute walk away. The host was very responsive and lovely, and we only needed to communicate about check in and out. Just a great central location for anything around LA and a great experience overall."
