The pool was dirty and very cold but it does start its not heated. We just thought it would be warmer. The only recommendation I have is if you are looking for quiet this isnt the place. The neighborhood is calm the school/field behind the house not so much. We needed to be up early every morning and the high school band made it difficult to go to bed early every night we were there.
