« Communication was excellent! The house was very clean, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Like others have said the bathroom is small, and it is an interesting layout where you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to main areas from the back bedroom.Beds were comfortable but the sofa sleeper mattress is a bit thin. Although it’s close to a gas station the home was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. We hope to stay here again. »

« So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! »

It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! »
