Pet Friendly. Our ocean view studio is located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, a trundle bed, full bath, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Pets are welcome-max 2 pets. ($75 one time pet fee.) Provided: Linens Towels (Shower & Beach) Coffee maker/coffee - kpods, tea and creamer included Microwave only (NO stove/oven) Refrigerator Surfboard (1) & Boogie Boards (2) Beach Toys Ear Plugs - Summerland has great views but it does have freeway noise.
