Our building is located just a few meters from Arena City shopping and entertainment complex, next to the Bessarabsky Market and Khreshchatyk Street. The entrance is from the front side, and there is a 24-hour concierge on the ground floor.  
  
The apartment features high ceilings, a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom, a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress, a corner sofa bed, air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi internet.  
The kitchen has a large dining table with four chairs.  
  
The apartment is just a few steps away from Khreshchatyk, Bessarabka, and Arena City. There are many restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs within a few minutes’ walk. A central food market and two supermarkets are also nearby.  
  
Cleaning upon check-in and check-out, as well as weekly cleaning for stays of 7 nights or longer, is included in the price. Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.
