« Personal doesn’t really care about the clients... their smiles are not true. A lot of facilities are « out of order » and I did not see anybody taking care about that. The SWIMMING pool is plenty of children and adults walking gently with glasses. Unless swimming between 7 & 8 am, no possibility to swim. There are nevertheless 3 swimming pools. »

« Pros: Great location. Kitchen is well appointed. Showers worked well. Garage was well stocked with beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach mats, and cooler.) The golf cart was perfect to get to the local shopping center and to Mauna Lani and Black Sands beaches. Dual zone air conditioner. Pool area is beautiful and not too busy. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Slept well. The lanai has a beautiful garden view.

« Beautiful very clean unit with super comfortable beds. The view of the ocean and sunset is spectacular. The proximity to the pool and surrounding activities is fantastic. We did have an issue with a faucet leak but the property manager was immediately responsive and fixed it right away. She and her husband were very nice as well. We would LOVE to stay here again. »
