"The room condition was accurately reflected by the photographs. The venue was kept cleanly, and the pool was a nice addition to hot sunny days. The location is comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything Thong Sala related. We had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating. "Not recommended, when we arrived there for the check in, after paying 150$ For one night, they told us that they are not using the Expedia app anymore, and that they were not having any booking! When I called Expedia to ask for explanation and the refund they said We slept there and they kept the money! Make sure your holiday is safe and go somewhere else! Horrible treatment!"

"We loved our stay at Pingchan Hotel. We were a family of four staying in a beach front villa, after a week in a big hotel on Koh Samui. We wanted to get away from the big tourism of Samui and Pingchan and Thong Nai Pan Beach really delivered! Such an amazing setting, quiet, beach shack bars, beautiful clear water and fine sand and it certainly felt a little off the beaten track. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities, some areas like the outdoor shower looking a little tired and in need of maintenance, but overall wonderful. Pool to ourselves most of the time, with an amazing jungle backdrop on one side and sea on the other! "
