« Hôtel agréable avec une belle chambre, personnels très souriants. Petit déjeuner cependant moins bien, pas de démonstration et choix très restreint. (Pas de panckakes, jus de fruit horrible…). Le lavage de chambre doit se demander à la réception chaque jour (une ineptie lorsque l’on paye quasiment 100€ la nuitée…) et ce dernier est très moyen (les cheveux dans la douche, ils ne changent que les serviettes de bain et de plage…) Pour terminer une surprise lorsque nous réservons un taxi pour...

"Plage tout simplement horrible. boueuse et pas très propre. A éviter pour un séjour "plage". Nous attendions de trouver une superbe plage mais celle-ci était très sale, boueuse et trouble. Hôtel excentré Il faut prendre un taxi ou une voiture pour tout faire. Il faut traverser une route très passante avec souvent une circulation chargée pour passer de la partie "Chambres" à la partie "plage". Heureusement que des agents de sécurité sont là pour aider à traverser en sécurité. "

"Nous avons séjourné au Kala Hôtel et l’expérience a été mitigée. Du côté positif, la chambre est très belle, la décoration soignée et moderne. La vue est tout simplement splendide et la piscine magnifique, parfaite pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. En revanche, l’insonorisation est vraiment à revoir : nous avions l’impression de dormir au bord d’une autoroute, ce qui a fortement gâché nos nuits. De plus, le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop léger et ne correspond pas aux attentes pour un établissement de ce standing. En résumé, un hôtel visuellement très agréable mais avec des points essentiels à améliorer pour offrir une expérience complète et reposante"
