They explained the digital lock system and exactly where my room was. When I arrived I was informed that my room had been upgraded with no extra charges. When I went to the room is was clean and spacious. The room was beautiful and clean as a whistle. The remotes for the TV didn't work but that would have been easily resolved if I had just talked to the office. Since I was only staying the one night I didn't worry about it. I would definitely stay here again if I need to.
