"The front desk receptionist on check in was awesome. The grounds seemed to be maintained properly. The water in the shower was another story. Smelled like sewage water. We were only staying over one night but I couldn't take a shower in that water and feel safe. The neighborhood it's located in seemed like it was an old motel 6 that was bought and some cheap pictures hung on the wall. You can hear other guests in the rooms next door. The door had a 1/2" gap in the frame where you could see the light from outside."

"Unless you have to stay there because of cheap price. Don't stay there. You only given two towels and you have to sign for them and toilet paper as well Roaches in room Awful to take advantage of people like that. I am surprised that Hotels.com has them on the website."

"Dirty room, bathroom out date and broken, bed was not organized I stay one night and check out next morning. The room picture they show when you book is false advertise stay away from here. A lot of noise and really bad shape surrounding if by error you want to cancel they stay with your payment, no refund at all, very disappointed."

"The house was exactly as decribed and seen in the pictures- no surprises whatsoever- which if you've used VRBO before, is very appreciated. I also knew exactly what supplies would be there so I could prepare adequately. "Loved the house. We had an issue with the dryer but contacted the property manager and maintenance was there the next day. The only other issue we had was with the remotes in some of the bedrooms would not work. When we arrived they had snacks and water at the house which was a nice touch. The kids loved the pool! The house was close to many attractions which made it convenient for everyone staying!! Overall we would rate it a 9 out of 10. "
