Our room was freezing cold and it felt like the heating had not been on in days, The main external wall was really wet and damp, this would have not been an issue had the heating been used. There were no instructions on how to heat up the room so we used google. Once the room heated up it was fine and no issue, also the following morning the damp had then dried up.
