The restaurant teams provide great service and everyone is so friendly. I cant say enough great things. And for being in the old quarter, the rooms are very quiet. "

"A lovely hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Rooms were a good size, we had a family room for 4 on two levels, and food was really tasty. However, the most stand out was Sulli the Reception staff who were the most helpful I have ever come across."

"We had 3 separate stays at this hotel. Due to its great location. In the centre but down a quiet street. The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab! Breakfast was good with an additional menu for hot food."
