The place was exactly as described, great price for the size and location. The only downside was that we weren’t able to get the early check in that was requested and haven’t been refunded for it. The biggest UPSIDE…they were so helpful!!! When we got checked in and settled, the AC was barely working at all. I’m currently 6 months pregnant, so obviously that was a big issue. They had someone by the name of Will come out around 930 to check everything and he refused to leave until he fixed it for us (which he did thankfully!). He was so helpful and beyond kind to all of us. He even brought us two big box fans just in case he didn’t get it working 100%. They wasted no time at all having him come and fix the issue and I can’t explain how amazing and grateful we were for that. We will DEFINITELY be staying there again for sure!!! We’ve been to OBX a few times now, and this was by far the absolute best experience ever. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! ##### Christine P.
