This 3 bedroom 3 bath multi level condominium apartment is like a private home! From the entry you can step up to the open living area with a ocean view lanai. The spacious living area can easily accommodate a family get together with the entertainment area and comfortable dining section. Also on this level is the well equipped kitchen-perfect for a quick snack or making that gourmet meal to enjoy on the lanai. The living room sofa opens to a queen size sleeper sofa able to accommodate 2 guests. On the lower level are two bedrooms-each with their own lanai and a separate full size laundry room. Just a few more steps is the private master suite- with a private garden view lanai. Want to take a refreshing dip? The swimming pool at The Palms of Wailea is a short walk through tropical gardens. Want to stroll along a long sandy beach? The "jewel" of Kihei- Keawakapu Beach is also a short walk from the property. This property has something for everyone's perfect Maui get away!

At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

Great place and location!

Great property for the price. Interior is a bit dated and it definitely shows age but it’s a great price, location and is very well stocked. Only real issue was that the knives were very very dull and definitely need to be sharpened or replaced. Chopping/food prep a bit challenging.

Beautiful Property

This property was even better than the pictures! Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The location is in great proximity to the beach, Wailea and Kihei. Bryce with Bello was very communicative and helpful with all our questions.

Spacious, Well Equipped, and Close to Beaches

This property is unusual because it is three bedrooms and three baths and larger than most. This is one of the older units on the property but has been well maintained and very clean, with updating in kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is well supplied with many essentials for kitchen, laundry and bathroom, so I would suggest you visit unit before going to the grocery store. The owners have also supplied 8 beach chairs and beach cooler. You will need to rent a beach umbrella. This is someone's personal vacation home and the decorating does reflect years of collecting beach style items. In one of the closets in a bathroom there is an entire library of books available, board games and puzzles are available too. The only negative was the AC does not cool well and remove humidity from the house. The pool is quit a walk from the unit and is up a very steep hill that only uses rocks as stepping stones. Be aware that this unit has steps you go down and then back up to get inside the unit. Also many steps inside because it is on three levels. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect place!

This was a great place to stay! The pictures really do no justice. They had everything we needed and it was close enough to everything. We had 8 of us in total and space was never a complaint. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Spacious, well-located

We’ve had the best time at this vacation renta. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and little beach tent to escape the sun when needed. Beautiful lanais, and we could even enjoy the sunset while staying put. We are so grateful to have found this place! We’d love to come back!

Walking distance from beaches, but too much street noise

Our family enjoyed our stay, and found the condo very well equipped and spacious. However, the busy street noise was a bit much. You can’t get a better situation than this for a family, though, with room for entertaining. The large sliding glass doors were awkward, and the internet stopped working after five days! The property manager got someone out right away, but the issue was not resolved, so our family had to limp along without it.

Home in paradise

This unit was perfect for 4 adults and one child. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the lanai-beautiful. It’s worth noting this is an old unit at the Palms and it showed its age. In spite of its worn appearance, it’s spaciousness plus all the conveniences and comfort it offered made for an outstanding stay.

Size of property and location is great

We DID enjoy our stay, but the property needs maintenance. The downstairs shower works poorly and leaks more water than it sprays. The shower doors don't contain the water very well. The toilet lid is cracked. The door knob to the lanai downstairs is sticky and doesn't unlock consistently, my husband actually got locked out! The sliding door next to the dining area doesn't unlock correctly and the screen door doesn't roll. The carpet need cleaning. Electrical in the smaller bedroom is bad... when we turn the fan on or off the light near the bed (which is turned off) flashes everytime. All the other electrical outlets is overloaded and spark when plugged or unplugged, like a cell phone charger Again, we did enjoy our stay, the size of the property and the location worked well for our 3 generations family vacation.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location - short walk to Keawakapu Beach and short drive to Shops at Wailea and many restaurants and shopping options. Had bathroom issue that was resolved quickly and courteously. Loved having beach chairs at our disposal. Very comfortable master king. Just love, love, loved our stay!
