The best part of this place is the management. She was quite responsive to our questions and needs and went above to send us our wardrobe that we forgot in the unit. There was an issue with one of the linens and she had it fixed that day. It was nice to be working with someone who was on top of things. ##### David B. It was very clean. It was very comfortable and I have to specifically comment on the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a condo. My friends said their bed was very very comfortable too. Also the location of this condo right by the pool is very convenient. However, we took an Uber to Southern most point ($12ish Uber ride) then hopped on the free duval loop transit; this was so much easier than fussing with car/golf cart rental and way cheaper. If you're looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath rental, near enough to Duval but quieter than Old Town... this could be the place for you. Located across the street from the West end of Smathers Beach, you're only a 5 minute walk away from the ocean. And, the community has a small, but nice enough, pool area to enjoy. Inside the unit, both bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of closet space and drawer storage. The living area is large and has comfortable seating as well as a large screen smart tv...and as an added bonus the kitchen is updated. The owner/management was very attentive and made the check-in and check-out easy. ##### David H.
