The house has an excellent location, right off Duval street. Even though it is in heart of old town, it is really quiet in the evenings. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. In addition to a beautiful interior space, there is a large deck, with a portion covered by an extended roof area and a spot that is more sunny. The managing agent, James, was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed a month in 2022-2023, and are ready to book this house again. This is a fantastic property that feels comfortable from the moment you walk in. As it was the first time for us renting a vacation property, we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. ##### Peter T.
