It is 3 levels/floors and bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors so don’t recommend if you have problems with stairs. Otherwise perfect for family get away. Pool is in nice shady area off deck and nice fior quick dip to cool off or play with kids after hot day out. Brian was our property manager and he was very responsive. Location is perfect! Close to Duval but just far enough off to get away! Golf cart rental right across street. Yes, the stairs were a bit of a challenge, but what awaited us inside made it all worthwhile. The accommodation was exceptionally cozy, with a delightful small pool that became our little oasis. Cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the location could not have been better, placing us right in the heart of Kew West and Duvall st This place is an absolute gem for two couples seeking a memorable getaway. While it would feel snug for three couples due to the layout and privacy considerations, for our group, it was perfect.
