The view was magnificent and I could enjoy the sunsets forever from this unit. My family and I were extremely comfortable here. We had plenty of cooking necessities available and were able to cook the majority of our meals here. There was plenty of space to spread out and we really enjoyed the stay. The furniture is old, stained, wicker chair is falling apart. The kitchen counter tops need repair. The hole in the wall in the master bedroom needs to be repaired. The fan on the porch doesn't work, but could with a repair. The main bathroom has 4 different light bulbs in the 1970's light bar. The chest of drawers in the twin bedroom is falling over due to a broken leg. The "guest" toilet is not bolted to the floor. It grossly tilts when sitting on it. The master bed is very tall, however a step stool is provided to get into it. The property is nice. We were told the pool will be closed October 2022 for repairs, which it needs. ##### Barbara S. Otherwise we would have checked out earlier. Will not stay here again. The best part of the condo was the large covered porch where we watched boats, sunsets and enjoyed the warm breezes. The rooms were spacious and bedding comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pans, silverware and utensils. As a bonus, unit comes with a carport space so it kept the car safe and never hot.
