Summary: Lemon Drop is a stunning 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront canal home with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Key Colony Beach, Florida. Lush landscaping, private dockage, lounge chairs, and an outdoor hammock provide a private and tranquil retreat to relax and recharge your batteries. The home has a private saltwater pool with a jetted spa that is perfect for cooling off after a long day on the water. Both king bedrooms have their own attached en-suite bathrooms which provide extra privacy and are ideal for 2 couples. The area off of the living area offers a daybed with a twin trundle. A wonderful screened-in porch provides guests with a great place to enjoy a drink, appetizers, and a meal. This Vacation Rental includes a membership to the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club that is just a short walk away featuring a heated Olympic-sized pool and a private beach for your enjoyment! This Lemon drop will keep you coming back for more! Fully renovated and ready to welcome you and your guests during your next Florida Keys Vacation. Pet friendly- 2 pets max. $150 pet fee required. One of the few places I’ve stayed that looks just like the pictures. It was super clean and the property managers provide the basic things you may need to get you started. Staying on the canal was great (even saw a small shark there one day) and having the club passes was perfect (easy 2 minute walk to the beach). Our pool and hot tub were very convenient to have at the house. Everyone that worked at the club was also very nice. The location to the popular things in Marathon was great, and it’s only \~1 drive to Key West. The property managers were also very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The house was so perfect for two couples because both rooms had king beds and bathrooms. The property is so beautiful with fruit trees and palms. It made for sun and shade. We stayed at the Lemon Drop last week and it was a beautiful home in a great location! Home has been completely updated and was comfortable for our family of 4! The hammock was a great place to hang, the pool was refreshing and the full time neighbors were welcoming! Key Colony Beach is a quirky community with some weird rules and ordinances, however they did not affect us, thankfully! We would come back and visit the Lemon Drop again in the future!
