« Needs some work! The third flight of stairs is very narrow with no handrail. The noise every night we were there was loud until 12-1 a from tenants in 2nd floor apartments. There was a lot of dog waste in the front yard that was not picked up. The apartment floor was dirty but the beds and other furniture were fine. »
