Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This gorgeous top-floor home can sleep 4 people. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, and the sleeper sofa has a Tempurpedic king-sized mattress. This beautiful home also features a second 3/4 bathroom.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy stunning views while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

This spectacular home also has central air conditioning and full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay.

Award-winning Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February.

Enjoy the on-site Oasis on the Beach Restaurant (yes, it really is on the beach!) and visit Spa by the Sea, a full-service spa offering a wide range of massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services.

Across the street from Waipouli Beach Resort is a shopping center featuring Starbucks Coffee, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, Safeway grocery store, and an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and numerous restaurants within walking distance. While Coconut Marketplace, less than a mile down the road, has island shopping and more restaurants. Kapaa town boasts the largest selection of eateries on the island.

Host was quickly responsive to any questions. Unit was comfortable, view was incredible. Easy access to elevator, right around the corner from the unit, but you absolutely Do NOT even hear it and do not hear people coming and going from it.; very convenient when returning with a lot of groceries.

This place is amazing, set in a lovely location and incredibly well furnished. We’ve stayed in a lot of lovely spots all over the world, but this one ranks up there in terms of affordability and location. Set in a complex right on the beach with distance views of ocean this condo is perfect. 5 stars all around. Would love to come back one day

Great family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family adventures. It is centrally located so very easy to drive to the North or South sides of the island. The pool was beautiful and the water slides were a hit for the kids. The condo was well maintained and perfectly stocked. We would love to stay here again!

Great Property, perfect location

Really nice property, resort is a nice home base for a great island vacation. Close to shops and restaurants. Centrally located so what ever side of the island you are want to visit you are not more then an hour away. Host was great with communication and the check in was smooth as could be.no problems at all

Amazing condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Resort. The condo was extremely clean— truly every corner of the unit was spotless! The bed was super comfortable, we all slept very well all week. We also enjoyed the view from the condo. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Great Views with upscale accommodations

I'm starting to realize that I enjoy VRBO more than hotels because you know your room before you get there. Hotels have great pictures, but often put you in undesirable locations of the hotel. This place was perfect for us. The suite was upscale with the high end appliances and nice granite. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. I was able to have a drink on the lanai and enjoyed looking over the pool and seeing the ocean as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

Better than the Grand Hyatt

We absolutely loved the property. It was very clean and welcoming. You could tell a lot of care went into it. It had a great central location so we could enjoy all parts of the island easily. We stayed at the grand hyatt for the second half of our vacation and felt more at home here. We will definitely look into renting this property again. The only con was that the app they use wasnt available for android but my girlfriend has an iphone so it all worked out. 10/10

Great unit in a great location.

The condo was very comfortable and in a good location to visit either the north or south side of the island. The air conditioning and fans were a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. The pool is fun with a wandering path and 2 water slides. Highly recommended!

Convenient and comfortable stay

We had three generations staying together and found the space to be comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The view and the balcony were especially appreciated. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the room each morning. The centralized location worked well for daytime exploration of the island.

Perfect location!

This resort condo is located on the east coast and is perfectly situated to travel north or south to explore those areas of the island. The location is also about 15 minutes from the airport and very close to the Wailua River access for kayaking excursions and The Smith Family Luau. The resort is beautiful with a wonderful lazy river including 3 hot tubs and pool area. The beach is area is clean and never crowded! We will definitely return here for future visits!
