While the host was friendly, the condition of the house was very disappointing.The home is very old, the floors are noticeably uneven, and there was a foul odor upon entering. « The lobby is non-smoking, but smells of smoke because I saw at least 1 employee smoking in the adjacent utility room (an older woman). The lighting all shines down within the room, so it's quite dim - particularly if you're on the ground floor and need to keep the windows shut. The breakfast isn't worth mentioning - we didn't eat it.
The rooms are clean and the TV works. The shower is a bit tight but functional. »

« Room was very clean and the day we checked in it was a hot day and the housekeeper had set the ac to a very nice cool 65 so that was very nice and refreshing to walk into.. Ruff’s sports bar that is located on the property is very good as well »

« slippery bath tub. Forgot to check room between days. Mattresses slipped off base.
Garbage and new towels not done until I complained. Not easily accessible for a person using a walker. Big step into the room. More of a residential motel. »
