### Sunset Orchard- Sunny side of Waimea, close to beaches!

Sunset Orchard is a comfortable 2/2\. It has a spacious upstairs primary bedroom with a gorgeous view of the mountains, the sunset, natural light, and a distant ocean view. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable TV nook and Roku Smart TV. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. There are window AC units in both the upstairs and downstairs creating a peaceful, serene environment.  
  
Sunset Orchard is on the highly desirable "sunny side" of Waimea. When it does rain, its often a misty rain which creates an abundance of rainbows! Its upcountry location brings warm days and cool, starry nights. It's 5 minutes to Waimea town with the best restaurants on the island. It's just 15 minutes to some of the best beaches on the island. Everyone loves the perfect location of Waimea!  
  
This home is a separate entrance duplex, with nice quiet neighbors. Your unit is two stories, with no one else living above or below. All living spaces are private. There is a shared carport and shared washer/dryer. The backyard is a big half acre with several young fruit trees. (Lemon, Jaboticaba, Tangerine, Avocado, Lychee, Mango, Fig, Grapefruit, Longan) You are welcome to the fresh fruit!
