Mark is a great host who promptly answers any questions. Kitchen is wonderfully equipped, linens plentiful, and beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler are provided. This Fairways location overlooks a large tropical garden and is a short walk to the pool making this house perfect for adults looking for quiet and also entertaining for the younger guests. The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We especially loved the house tiki and personal touches throughout - it felt like a home. The lanai had lovely pool and garden views, and it was great to grill and relax at the outdoor table. The kitchen has everything you need, and we enjoyed making some great meals with local ingredients from the nearby marketplace. Having access to the Mauna Lani beach club was a great benefit that we used a lot. The private pool area that's right outside from the property was wonderful as well. We appreciated the updated laundry room and being able to refresh our beach towels and swimsuits that were getting funky while we stayed. A truly relaxing and wonderful stay on the beautiful Kohala coast. The condo is large, well furnished, very well decorated, with a well equipped kitchen and every beach toy you’d ever want. It is close to the pool, which can be a bit noisy (but wasn’t often while we were there). The view from the second floor balcony is nice, but unfortunately plantings somewhat obscure the view from the ground floor patio (but also act as a privacy screen for the unit).
