"Beklageligvis intet godt å si om dette stedet. Senga var ekstrem hard, enormt støynivå fra barene i nærheten, dårlig reingjøring. Hadde avtale med TO av de som arbeidet i resepsjonen at jeg skulle ha taxi til flyplassen, ingen av disse møtte opp, ingen taxi. Og jeg fikk ikke tilbake depositum for nøkkelen, 500 baht. "

"Cleanliness is always my top priority when staying at a hotel , and this property truly delivered .everything was impeccably maintained .The staff were exceptionally attentive . Whenever we requested for additional supplies , they were provided promptly without hesitation . I would especially like to recognize Celine , Paul and a 3rd Filipino young lady ( she assisted us during check in ), she was patient , attentive and made sure that we were settled in comfortably. I apologize I did not catch her name . Paul ensured that all our questions were answered and our needs were met . He was always pleasant , approachable and professional . Celine went above and beyond by helping us plan our trip to Phi phi island which turned out to be the highlight of our visit . Their warmth and dedication truly made us feel like a valued customer ."
