« This hotel was perfect ….. the location for shopping , restaurants and golf was great .. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and very helpful …. They had an issue with the card lock system for all tue rooms but they reacted to the issue and made sure we could get into our room without delay …. The included hot morning breakfast was also a nice perk …. I would recommend this hotel and we can’t wait until we can get back there . »

« The carpet was dirty, my comforter was dirty and had some blood on it. I was staying a couple of days, you would think they would pay better attention to these things. I had to completely take off my comforter in order for them to replace it which cost me another trip downstairs. I would have expected her to follow me up with a new comforter instead of making me walk back and forth but costumer service isn't what it used to be, somehow this was my inconvenience not theirs. »
