Experience #212's spacious open floor plan, flooded with natural light and gentle island breezes. Step onto your Juliet-style balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, offering beautiful views of the pool and Kona Town. This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium graciously accommodates up to 6 guests, with both bedrooms boasting queen-sized beds. Occupant past 6 guest will be charged $25 per occupant up to 8 guest total. and for an additional cost you can have use of two additional queen size Murphy beds nestled in the living room. For added guest comfort and convenience, there is also a queen-sized air mattress and a portable Graco Pack 'n Play crib within the condo.

You'll enjoy modern amenities such as central air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with generous granite slab countertops, a wine cooler, and top-of-the-line appliances and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker. A full-size, front-load stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for your laundry needs.

Location was excellent - close walk to the main shops and restaurants. Inside was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the 7 of us! Loved that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with washer and dryer. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Appliances and various supplies was well appreciated. Thank you so much! We will absolutely book again next time we’re on the island!

It was comfortable, clean, and a great location. The two beds in the living room were perfect for my grandsons. It was nicely supplied, including beach chairs and other equipment for enjoying the ocean. The balcony view was of the swimming pool. But there’s a lovely upstairs patio on the fourth floor for viewing the sunset and barbecuing.

Good location. Too many decorative pillows in both bedrooms and living room. Had to find places to stack them. Poor lighting in living room and over the dining table(too dim). Parking garage is a bit scary with all the temporary supports. Nice and neat and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Kona at the Kona Plaza condominium. We loved how clean it was. We loved that it slept six people very nicely. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach and the shops just a short five minutes away. It was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this unit. The accommodations proved to be spacious, high quality, and very functional. My dad took my kids swimming, as I worked remotely the first afternoon. The next few days, we snorkeled, shopped, and even attended Sunday worship service at Mokuaikaua Church, "the oldest Christian church in the Hawaiian islands." I found the unit managers to be very friendly. The next time we are on the Big Island, this condo is the unit I hope to book again.

Location is great, appears to be in a part of town with many homeless people but had no issues there. Main problem was a pool was advertised in listing but they did not have a pool permit so my kids couldn’t use it. Washer was also broken. The linens all had a must mildew smell and home just didnt feel cozy but it was a great location. Open kitchen, living room area. Was refunded and able to relocate without issue. Thank you!

Condo was comfortably accommodating for 4 adults. Open kitchen area is great and modern appliances. Property is well kept and 1 block off of the main A'lli Drive road. Easy access to everything. I would definitely reserve this unit again. Property management communications are great!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona Plaza. The place is quite nice, exactly as pictured. The location is great—close to cute shops and restaurants as well as highways The only thing that’s daunting are the rules for the property. There are signs stating the fines for smoking on the property, not having the parking pass in the car in the right place, parking on the ground level, etc, all over the place. I’m sure the rules are part of the reason the property is as nice as it is, and really, they aren’t difficult to follow. I just wasn’t expecting all the reminders and signs

I used vrbo to book an 11-day family trip to celebrate my daughters Sweetsixteen. I was a little nervous because I've never used this app before, let alone renting from a third-part property just based on a few nice pictures/reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised to see this gorgeous condominium that looked just like the pictures and described to the T. The best part about Kona Plaze is that it's located in the heart of coconut Grove walking distance from the fruit market, shopping centers, and very nice restaurants on the water front. Knutson & Associates, take care of any concerns or problems that come our way immediately. I would definitely book with this company again. My only complaint is that now, this unit is posted for a cheaper rate per night, then I got it for

Check in process is detailed but the most important information (address, apt number, and lockbox location) are not set forth upfront and should be outlined at the beginning of the email. The place was extremely clean and spacious, but the balcony was virtually non existent which was disappointing. Location was very nice in the center of town and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Toilets are very small and unusually low. Pool is on the smaller side but water was cold and not heated. Make sure you register your car with the property manager and keep the parking tag on all the time.
