« La famille a adoré les piscines et la plage. L’endroit est idéal pour la plongée en apnée, nous avons vu plusieurs poissons et des tortues juste en face de l’hôtel. Le condo était très grand avec une très belle terrasse. La cuisine était fonctionnelle (mais aucun ingrédient de base n’était fourni). Les chambres étaient de grande qualité et le personnel réceptif et accueillant. »

Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. « I recommend this property as high as I possibly can! My feelings for this property is so high, that I could not say a negative word about any of it! Book it! A bit more detail: My oldest daughter (15) was excited to go to Maui and see sea turtles and within 1 min of checking in and going to see the amazing view there was a turtle swimming just a few yards out in the water. We would watch the sunset as often as we could on the lanai (porch) and just listen to the waves come onto shore....

« Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside. »

« We have had a good experience in this hotel even if we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was really helpfull and kind especially the Hawaiian woman in the small valet office. The pool was fantastic and just in front of the beach. We were able to rent free recent movies in order to watch them on our room. There is a daily program in the hotel such as Yukulele classes, surf or others but unfortunately we didn't have the time to enjoy the hotel's activities as we had a busy...

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
