Located at the prestigious Jupiter Yacht Club, this extensively renovated, newly furnished property offers expansive views North & South up/down the Intra Coastal Waterway (ICW), and to the NW, a gorgeous sunset to end each day! Relax and enjoy the refreshing breeze & the boats pass-by! This is a gated community with plenty of parking, a pool & hot tub and even the possibility of a boat slip! Take the semi-private elevator (or stairs, it's a 3rd floor unit) into this incredibly spacious unit, which offers about 2,600 square feet of living area with 3 bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms + a Laundry Room. The casually elegant interior is appointed with substantial furniture, (all new for Fall of 2021), hardwood & tile flooring throughout, which makes for easy clean-up, and an upgraded trim package that creates a warm feel! The Kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry Room offer beautiful quartz countertops, custom cabinetry & tile and there's custom closets in the bedrooms. You'll appreciate the thoughtfully designed Floor Plan, which offers enhanced privacy with the Master Suite on the bay side, and the other two bedrooms on the opposite end (the rear) of the unit. Upon arriving at the property, there is a covered entry above the common ground level entrance, which is a great feature that you'll appreciate when unloading a car full of groceries or suitcases while shielded from the hot sun or pouring rain! There's a bike rack in the parking garage, and one assigned parking space. As you enter the unit, you are greeted by a wall of glass overlooking the ICW. Both the Living Area and the Master Bedroom overlook the bay, and each offers convenient access to the very private, large water view deck. The deck has a sofa & chairs and a dining set and there's two ceiling fans above. The open concept design features high ceilings throughout and provides for two Living Areas (one with pub-height table & chairs) that are separated by the Kitchen, which also offers counter-seating. On the bayside, the Master Suite features a wall of glass overlooking the scenic view, separate his/hers closets, his/hers vanities, a jetted tub and an oversized walk-in shower. Toward the rear of the property, you'll find the other two bedrooms, one on each corner. The Junior Master Suite features a beautiful bathroom and a private deck. The third bedroom has a door offering private access to the hall bathroom. Two separate air conditioning systems ensure your comfort! The pool area is on the ground level, just out of sight, which also enhances the privacy of this unit. There is a large patio area with his/hers bathrooms and water fountains, lounge chairs, patio tables, and a huge saltwater pool with fountains and a hot tub. There's also an adjacent grilling area with lights for evening use, two built-in gas grills, a prep sink, an ice maker and lots of granite counter space. The access to the Jupiter Yacht Club Marina & the Riverwalk is located just outside of the gated/secure pool area. And talk about Location, Location, Location the property is within easy walking distance to a myriad of popular destinations; from the ever-popular bars/restaurants such as the "Dive Bar", the "Twisted Tuna", "Portobello's", "The Woods" at Harbourside and more. It's also just steps to access the Riverwalk, which is a quaint & quiet walkway spanning over 2 miles along the Eastern edge of the ICW! By boat, you're just around the corner from Jupiter Inlet and the ocean (with no fixed bridges in your path), and all sorts of restaurants & sandbars along the ICW, which combine to set the stage for a fun beach/boating day! You can also get some exercise at nearby 18+ acre DuBois Park at Jupiter Inlet it's a beautiful setting for a refreshing walk or run, or to just hang-out and enjoy the beach & boating scene! The Park offers all sorts of picnic pavilions, a guarded beach, lots of fishing locations, and outdoor showers & restrooms.
