Need urgent repairs & refurbushing

Pros: Staff was friendly & location convenient.
Cons: Physical facilities are in need of repair. Safety & security , entrance door was let unlock all night anyone can easily access the inside.
Location: Location was convenient to access main areas and places Jonesboro,
Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, room was clean.... but hotel facilities are in urgent need of repairs and in some areas is unsafe to be open to the public. For example, in one of the entrance the door glass felt and was just let there for more than 3 days. For sure, I never stay in this hotel again.

Not good and not a 3 star motel

This is a bad deal do not do it. It is very nasty and dirty and I have tried to submit a bad review several times and they will not put it through. How many other people have tried to lower the rating and it didn't go through.??? Bad hotel

Not feeling secure.

I had an outside access room, which I agreed to, but I found it did not contain security window coverings. They only were designed to pull half way. There were thin curtains that pulled all the way. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Also, only a thin blanket. The bed was comfortable!

Close to hwy, but hard to find.

Faded road signage, unkempt grass. Broken lamp, non-smoking room contained ash tray & cigarette burns in sheets & covers. No tissues in room, not enough bed pillows. Breakfast was good.

It was worse than expected based on a 3 star hotel. It should have be rated a 2 star at best.

I felt like you misrepresented the 3star hotel we stayed in last night. You list hotel name like Hilton and we booked a 3stsr hotel but it was with Faibtidge. Not a known named hotel. I would have rated the hotel as a 1. It bathroom was not clean. The so called continental breakfast only had cold food.

The beds are very uncomfortable was not happy with the hotel at all..was expecting it to be a beautiful hotel but it was worse than a motel 6 in my opinion!

Over rated

Pros: Close to freeway.
Cons: Change there rating until they have there updates. No restaurant no lounge overrated.
Location: was just passing through.
Chose this motel as it was rated at a three. and had a restaurant and a lounge. When I arrived found restaurant and lounge closed. Had to have front desk get the heat working in the room. Motel staff said they were updating
