First and last stay.

Posted 24-Aug-2016
Pros: They are close to the interstate, provide continental breakfast, and they have fridges and microwaves in the rooms.
Cons: Cut the grass and treat for mosquitoes and mice!
Location: Lots of shopping and food places. Close by University and downtown (less than 15 mins).
I booked this hotel as a last minute, since the original hotel I booked online was substandard and not a place I would/could stay. Day 2 morning, I saw a mouse in the hall in front of the continental breakfast room. The mosquitos were viciously aggressive, in the room, outside the room, and I left with over 15 bites.....thank God I am not childbearing age and am able to avert a Zika infection.

Our room was partially painted with tape around doorknobs still. The hotel staff was unfriendly and wouldn't even look us in the eye or greet us upon arrival. When we asked questions, they barely answered, if at all.

Pros: It was close to cracker barrel.
Cons: All of it.
Hot tub was out of service, looks like it has been for awhile. Breakfast was a joke had two kids and cupcakes for your morning bread. The waffle mix was very yellow, the bread was hard. The clerk would not give me a receipt for my stay, he said Expedia would email me one. Lol they never have before.

POOR HOTEL THAT WAS UNDER RENOVATION, FOR LAST 2YR

Posted 29-May-2016
Pros: THE STAFF WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND AS HELPFUL AS THEY COULD BE.
Cons: THE REMODELING NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE RENTING THE ROOMS.
Location: GOOD LOCATION THAT IS CLOSE TO ALL MAJOR EATERIES AND SHORT TRIP TO ANY STORES.
HOTEL HAD MOLDY SMELLS AND WAS VERY DUSTY. LINENS WERE OF POOR QUALITY AND CONDITION, KINDA REMINDED ME OF THOSE SEEDY HOTELS IN THE EARLY 50'S MOVIES.

Horrible from start to finish. No locked doors on the outside. Dead bugs when I arrived in the room. Room was clean until I got to bathroom. Tub had not been cleaned at all, hair, scum and other things in it. I would have washed it myself , but their was no hot water in the room at all. I would have call the da r

We had significant difficulty reaching the hotel by phone prior to arrival. Always a busy signal or we were put on hold. When we arrived, check in took forever and the clerk took calls instead of helping us check in. We were then given a room that was already occupied!! Imagine how horrible it was that when we put our key in and opened the door, the chain was on the door and the man sleeping there yelled out to us! When we went back to the desk, no apology came. Horrible experience!

Need urgent repairs & refurbushing

Posted 3-May-2016
Pros: Staff was friendly & location convenient.
Cons: Physical facilities are in need of repair. Safety & security , entrance door was let unlock all night anyone can easily access the inside.
Location: Location was convenient to access main areas and places Jonesboro,
Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, room was clean.... but hotel facilities are in urgent need of repairs and in some areas is unsafe to be open to the public. For example, in one of the entrance the door glass felt and was just let there for more than 3 days. For sure, I never stay in this hotel again.

I was disappointed with the selection Hotels.com had for the Jonesboro, AR area. Once I got there I realized I had a lot more choices. Your selection was bad. Fair bridge rooms were adequate but hotel needs updating. Bathroom was terrible.
