The bathtub had a ceiling tile missing and the tub was covered in insulation. The hotel is old, dirty and I will never stay there again.

Get the renovation completed before opening!

Posted 15-Aug-2015
Pros: The front desk clerks were very nice and friendly. But clearly not trained very well. Took much too long to check in.
Cons: EVERYTHING can be improved. A very disappointing and frustrating experience!!!!!!!!!
Location: I grew up in the area and had fun shopping and sightseeing at the places where I grew up. It is a great place to visit.
The room was musty and felt dirty. The air conditioner did not work well. We stayed 2 nights and did not get our room cleaned - when we asked why our room did not get cleaned, we were ignored. We never got an answer. We had to ask for clean towels. And one of the "clean" towels was filthy!!! Disgusting! The breakfast was skimpy. We were there for breakfast almost a full hour before the time it closed and there was one bagel left. No one was replenishing. Napkins on the table were just thrown out there; just seemed to be an after thought. The cream cheese and peanut butter were not individual servings - we had to get our serving from a large container! Who knows how clean the people before us were!!! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! It is clearly an example of them trying to save money, time, etc. to open before renovation was complete. The lobby looked nice, but the hot tub in the pool area was roped off with yellow caution tape; the hallway from the pool area to the lobby was closed off. Everything about this hotel was NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!

Hotel in a great shopping area

Posted 13-Aug-2015
Pros: I loved the nice attitudes of the people serving our needs.
Cons: The pool area could use more lighting, the room need deep cleanings every time, and I do not believe there should be any smoking allowed in the rooms.
Location: There was some great shopping near by and a lot of really great restaurants.
Upon arriving to the hotel, I found the service to be very satisfactory and the lobby to be extremely well taken care of; however, the first problem I noticed is how hot it was in the lobby, and the huge fan running to try and cool things down. When we finally got to the room, I noticed that in one of the dresser drawers was some ashes from someones cigarettes. The room smelled awful like cigarettes, and I am badly allergic to the smell and all so I had migraines all night long. The bed turned out to be as hard as a board, and I woke up with some bad back pains. When wanting to use the workout/pool area, I was very displeased with the realization that all the equipment they had for working out was all not working, and the pool area could have used a lot more lighting.

Close durning renovations!

Posted 13-Aug-2015
Upon check in an 8 1/2 x 11 paper at desk saying they were renovating, desk clerk never mentioned it. "Renovating" is an understatement! Carpet and toilet were not clean.

HORRIBLE!!! I booked this hotel for our employees.

Posted 10-Aug-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I booked this hotel for our employees who were working in Jonesboro. The hotel looks like it should be condemned (see photos). The bathtub had "something" in it. The ceiling tiles were missing in the lobby and the entrance. The rooms smelled bad. All of our employees came back sick with respiratory infections and sinus infections. I think sleeping in your car would be better than staying here.

Sketchy hotel with lots of construction

Posted 9-Aug-2015
Was given the keys to a room that was already occupied at check in. Staff left "secure" doors propped open for long periods of time throughout our stay. Building was under construction, the room phone did not work, and we did not have washcloths in the room.

Pros: Comfort of bed
Cons: Offer a hot breakfast, improve water power it came out like a sprinkle.
Location: Location was find because there were lots of fast food places near by
Overall stay was pleasing, but there was no lotion or conditioner in our room like it is in other hotels . The water power was also weak. Not pleasing.

Too much construction right now

Posted 19-Jul-2015
Room keys didn't let us in the door to our hallway so it had to be propped open to anyone. Renovation under way but too much going on. Bathroom was still dirty.

Not what the pictures show

It is a motel not a hotel. Way over priced for what it is
