"We arrived on Monday and left Friday. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Once we arrived at our room, everything was clean. There is no TV or fridge in the room, but that didn’t bother us as we’re on vacation and out exploring. We knew a few other people staying on the ranch as well, and when we visited them, their rooms were also clean. People need to realize this is a working ranch and you’re not staying in a hotel in the middle of the city. There will be dust and animals. A clean bed and a hot shower is all that is needed, and Heart 6 Ranch provided that."
Old Faithful Inn - Inside the Park

"First and foremost, the staff is phenomenal! The front desk was so helpful which is remarkable given how busy they were. We stayed on the last two nights of the season, but the staff was still just as dedicated to making us feel at home. The room in the west wing was small, but it was very clean and well were barely in it. We really liked the kettle and coffee setup. The pour over coffee was some of the best we've had in a room! The shower was decorated with cute animal tiles. The door didn't shut properly, but it did lock. The hotel itself is historic and beautifully rustic. I enjoyed sitting out on the viewing deck, sipping coffee, and watching Old Faithful and the other geysers. It's definitely an experience I feel you should do at least once!"

"Very nice main building. Violinist playing in lobby, fireplaces going, everyone was friendly and talkative. Our room was tidy, but not as clean as it should have been. Carpet was stained, tile bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. The shelves weren’t well stocked, they were out of a lot In The general store, bar and restaurant. But what they did have was I. Terms of food and drink was good."

"This property and the host were amazing. The property is exactly as described. The area is beautiful and close to many, many attractions. We rented a side by side and could drive to many different falls and areas that are just breathtaking. What a beautiful part of the country. We can’t wait to come back."

"The cabin was rustic but clean, and a fair price for the area. Communication with the host was great. Close enough to where we wanted to hike in the park. We had 8 women for a girls weekend. The beds with “double” occupancy were a little small so no one wanted to share. But it was as advertised. Utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse for our group of 8 but we brought some plastic utensils so it was fine. We would have loved to have firewood available because there was a wood-burning stove all ready to be used with a couple small logs inside, but that was it. (Bring your own firewood and lighter if you want to use it.) Would probably choose this place again if we come back to the area."
