The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. The hospitality was great and the whole concierge team are very friendly, professional and very welcoming. We booked. a double room we got stuff for a single occupancy. No toilet paper, no one came to clean my room while I was away. The room condition was so poor.
