Loved our stay at the Platinum Seventy Jeddah. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with 2 spacious room, a big living room, a small kitchenette with the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathrooms were a bit small but functional. The reception team was very welcoming. The breakfast at Fabiano was surprisingly good, didn't expect such an offering. The restaurant looked new or newly renovated, the space was well designed and the furniture seemed new. The breakfast food was good, with some hot food items on the menu changing every day. I'd definitely consider staying there again when in Jeddah.

The stay wasn’t bad but it wasn’t memorable either. Also, the hotel wasn’t very clean. It often had a funky smell and I saw some tiny roaches as well. It’s a good place to sleep but if you are also looking to enjoy some time in the hotel this place is not it.

After I have stayed for 10 paid nights, I extended my stay for another 2 nights. I requested the front desk that I would settle the extra nights when I check out but on the instructions of their Manager Hassan Mohd. Ahmed they insisted I go and settle even though it was 9pm and I was about to settle for the night. Lack of hospitality I guess and I am a regular with this hotel due to location

The hotel accomodated me at the very last minute due to a mix up with my original booking at another hotel. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very dated and would benefit from a renovation but the room and facilities were clean. The breakfast on offer wasn't to my taste so I cannot comment as I didn't eat it.

Accommodating staff

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip to the local university. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were good. There was no iron in the room but after a quick visit to reception, someone brought me one to my room within minutes. The hotel is located near a shopping mall with a bridge directly into the mall. I would stay here again on future visits.

Bad smile and expensive

This is very old suits and very expensive compared to its price. Does not deserve a single star. Stars should be removed by Hotel.App because this a real cheat. There is bad smile and AC not working. I was about to leave after after the first night. It is not recommend at all.
