Le personnel à la réception était très courtois. à noter que si vous allez sur la plage, vous devez payer pour les chaises et le parasol car la plage n'est pas la propriété de l'hôtel (20$USD pour une journée). »

« Je leur accorde une note de 9.5\. La chambre était très grande vue sur le côté mer. Le personnel est extraordinaire, j'ai demandé un petit frigidaire je l'ai reçu rapidement ainsi que d'autres demandes que j'ai fait et tous cela avec le sourire. Pour les gens qui cherche un endroit très tranquille auprès de la mer, c'est extraordinaire. Le restaurant de l'hôtel offre des repas à un prix abordable. Pas de restaurants à proximiter. "Les chambres sont correctes et l’hôtel est agréable et joliment décoré. Cependant, la plage est peu plaisante, notamment à cause de fortes odeurs de kérosène qui empêchent réellement d’en profiter. Ce n’est malheureusement pas le seul point faible : la restauration, compte tenu des prix pratiqués, est très décevante, tant au niveau du goût que de la qualité des ingrédients. Nous avons également eu un souci avec la batterie de notre voiture et avons dû résoudre le problème par nous-mêmes, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. En revanche, le comportement du voiturier nous a particulièrement déçus : au lieu de nous aider à trouver une solution, il s’est contenté de se justifier alors que nous ne lui faisions aucun reproche. Une fois de plus, nous savons que le service n’est pas le point fort du Costa Rica, mais dans un établissement de cette catégorie, on attend un niveau irréprochable. Enfin, concernant la restauration, nous avons consommé trois boissons sans alcool au bar de la piscine, puis pris des snacks (burgers et sandwichs), et le soir trois plats sans boisson ni alcool. Rien n’était vraiment bon et les matières premières semblaient de qualité médiocre. En revanche, l’addition, elle, était particulièrement salée. Ce commentaire reflète notre expérience dans cet hôtel où la qualité du service et de la restauration étaient clairement insuffisantes par rapport au prix demandé."
