Located just a short drive, golf-cart ride, or bike ride from downtown Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park, and pristine beaches, this home invites you to enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer. Property Highlights: \*Spacious & Modern Layout: The cottage boasts an open, airy living space with a split floor plan. The primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, is on one side of the home. Two additional bedrooms (queen and full beds) and a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo are on the opposite side, ensuring privacy and comfort. \*Fully Equipped Kitchen: The heart of the home features a fully stocked kitchen with modern conveniences, a large island bar perfect for meal prep and entertaining, and a dining area that comfortably seats six. \*Bright & Inviting Living Area: Relax in the light-filled living room with ample seating, Wi-Fi, and smart streaming TVs in the living space and primary bedroom. \*Comfortable Amenities: Vinyl plank flooring throughout with cozy area rugs, abundant closet and storage space, and all linens provided (just bring your beach towels). \*Outdoor Oasis: The spacious fenced backyard includes a private deck, ideal for unwinding in peaceful surroundings. There are no early check-ins or late check-outs March through November. Check-in/arrival instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 48 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Upon arrival, you'll find a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, liquid dish soap, body soap, shampoo, and enough coffee for a pot. These supplies will last the first 24 hours, so you'll need to buy more for the rest of your stay. Consider purchasing napkins, condiments, cooking spices, and coffee filters. Bath towels are provided, but bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are not provided, so you may want to bring, rent, or buy these items.
