I like the location because some hotels you have to awkwardly walk around near the front desk in your swimwear. Breakfast staff was friendly & attentive. Front desk staff upon arrival came across annoyed, less welcoming than other staff. All parking is front of hotel. There’s a convenience store in walking dance, hotel is close to interstate. There’s a car dealership behind hotel. If I ever have to stay in Newport, I’d definitely stay here again."
