"The aircon in the bedrooms was not working well, it was just about ok on the main part of the room, however my kids slept on the front side of the room where it was oppresively hot"

"Cette hotel est dans un ancien séminaire directement dans le quartier historique. L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique! Il est bien situé et la vue de notre chambre étais exceptionnelle. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Je n’ai pas de mots pour décrire le salon du 5ieme étage tellement j’ai été ébloui. Il est à noter qu’il y a de l’air climatisé dans les chambres et les espaces communs: il faisait 35 degrés lorsque nous avons visité Cuenca. À noter aussi que vous devrez marcher avec vos bagages pour vous rendre à l’hôtel: pour nous, ce ne fut pas un problème mais bien un bel experience. Le petit déjeuner étais sous forme de buffet chaud et froid situé dans une très belle pièce du séminaire. Le lit étais très confortable. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel!"

"Pleasant hotel, we had a good sized room. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. The gym was a disappointment. Good equipment, however no gym mats, no towels unless organised with reception and I don't think there was any air conditioning. The exterior of the hotel was a mess, lots of litter. Although access was easy the proximity of McDonald's and the petrol station certainly didn't enhance 'the look'."

"Do not be put off by the rather innocuous building, or front entrance. This, is a class act once inside. Shown to our suite by Ana, our host, who couldn’t have been more helpful. The Suite was spotless. Large living area, bathroom with a jacuzzi bath as well as a shower, it was absolutely perfect. Great location in the old town. Would definitely return."
