The service was excellent and the staff was excellent, above and beyond, always helpfull, kind and serviceminded. The rooms where great and clean, and if we needed anything, we just reached out to the staff and they made sure we where taken care of. Location great, 2 min walk to grocery store, and 5-10 min to shopping mall and restaurant.

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This hotel is in a great location. It is outside of the core of Istanbul but not so far away that you can't take a taxi. It is also a great distance from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The front desk staff is very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great local area knowledge surrounding the property.

The staff members at this hotel were extremely friendly and service-oriented. Specifically, Kendal was fantastic during check-in when I arrived at 3:30 am! I had two different room reservations on different days, and he made sure that I wouldn't have to check out of one room and check into another one in the middle of my stay by upgrading me to a room that was available on all six days of my stay. The checkout was just as smooth due to the team of Mazlum, Berkay and Birol. They called a taxi for me and checked me out in less than 5 mins. The hotel itself was super clean and very quiet - great for a good night's sleep. To my pleasant surprise, the room had a fridge, freezer microwave and a cooktop with all pans and other cooking implements. I can see how families would love this, especially since the Axis mall with its grocery store is about a 1 km walk. The only downside is that restaurants are 1 - 2 km away, and the hotel breakfast starts at 8 am - a bit late if you want to get an early start to your day. So plan on making your own breakfast if you are an early bird. But overall, this is a real gem of a hotel at a very affordable price. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay here again.
