To ensure a seamless start to your holiday rental experience, Shedfield offers a pre-arrival grocery service, allowing you to have essential items readily available upon your arrival. Additionally, during the winter months, a 4x4 car is recommended to navigate the area comfortably. Shedfield is conveniently located just 7 km from the center of Drumnadrochit, a charming town in the Scottish Highlands. The cottage is situated in a secluded, quiet, and elevated position, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful escape. Nearby attractions include the iconic Urquhart Castle (8 km), the famous Loch Ness (5 km), the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre (8 km), Fort Augustus (30 km), and Jacobite Boat Trips (8 km). For outdoor enthusiasts, the Great Glen Way hiking trail is just 5 meters away, providing endless opportunities for exploration. Boleskine, United Kingdom, is also within proximity, offering additional sightseeing opportunities.

You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room cottage spread across two levels. The cottage features tasteful and cozy furnishings, including a living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. On the main level, you'll find a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC. The well-equipped kitchen comes with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and a grill, along with a dining table. There's also a separate shower/WC on this level. The upper floor comprises a double bedroom with a double bed, a room with two beds, and a children's room with one bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The cottage is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. These include a washing machine, dryer, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), hair dryer, and internet access (WiFi, free). Additionally, the property offers reserved parking for your convenience.
