  • Auchgoyle Bay Cottage est le point de départ idéal pour explorer Argyll - la côte des Gaels. Le chalet se trouve dans le petit village de Minard, juste au sud d’Inveraray et offre une vue directe sur le panorama en constante évolution du Loch Fyne. Il y a des promenades pour tous les goûts depuis le cottage, le long du rivage, autour du village et dans les collines jusqu'au village désert de Feorlin ou à quelques pas des jardins du National Trust Gardens à Crarae. La rive du loch est à 100 mètres, où vous pourrez lancer de petits bateaux et des kayaks. Inveraray et Lochgilphead offrent une gamme d'installations comprenant des restaurants, des boutiques et d'autres attractions touristiques. Les deux sont à une courte distance en voiture. Vous pouvez explorer plus loin si vous le souhaitez, avec Oban et Kintyre à portée de main, mais passez tout aussi facilement une semaine à quelques kilomètres du chalet et faites quelque chose de différent chaque jour.

Perfect cottage for relaxing.

We really did enjoy our stay in this lovely cottage. The view over Loch Fyne is spectacular and even a rainy day is no problem at all.

Brian and Becs communicated very well at every point in our booking and stay. The cottage is immaculately presented with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing break. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway

The cottage is lovely. Just perfect to wind down and relax. We were in the area for a family wedding & were only there for the weekend but it was lovely to sit in the sun room for beakfast and just chill. I would love to go back for a longer stay.

Lovely short break. Brian kept in touch, letting us know when we could arrive early. Great welcome including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The cottage was warm, clean and welcoming .

Nice, thoughtfully appointed cottage in a small village on the lochside.

A great holiday cottage in a beutiful location. You will likely want to have a car but there are bus services to the village. There are pretty port towns along the loch at Inverary, Lochgilphead and Tarbert. Ferries to Islay and Jura run from the port at Kennacraig.

Such an amazing view to wake up too. The property is just stunning. Such a cute little place to stay. The host are amazing too. They went above and beyond what we expected. The weekend away was just one of the best weekends we have had. Worth a stay! X

Großartiges Cottage, großartige Lage

Das Cottage entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Es ist gemütlich und der Blick auf Loch Fyne ein Traum. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Vermieter nebenan sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und dezent. Gerne empfehlen wir es weiter.

Beautiful Cottage in a great area

First of all we can recommend the cottage without any reservation. Everything is very neat and clean - prepared by the very kind hosts. They will assist you with everything and are always ready to make your stay as comfortable und nice as possible. The area is just beautiful, offering a scent of seaside, hills and the greenest nature you will find on the planet. We're happy to have been there!

The cottage was equiped with everything we needed. We did find the stairs very steep and narrow. It was great to be able to cook a meal and get up to date with washing and drying. Becs was helpful when we arrived and Brian.communicated well beforehand. We appreciated the dairy free milk and delicious GF biscuits

Brian and Becs have thought of everything to make this property the perfect getaway. The cottage is pristine and communication from booking to leaving (reluctantly) was spot on. We will be back again.

Wonderful Cottage on Loch

Hosts have done an outstanding job providing every comfort. Loch views and access directly across street with access to numerous hiking trails. Highly recommend and one of the best self catering rentals I’ve experienced.

Lovely cottage in stunning location

The cottage has everything you need and a full folder provided with things to do in the area. Very comfortable. The highlights were the boat trip from Crinan and the distillery tour at Springbank. Beautiful area and not so many tourists.

Apartment on the Loch

Pleasant apartment with window views of Loch Fyne. Very comfortable 2 bedrooms upstairs. 15 minutes from Inveraray with nice shops, activities and some good restaurants. Easy access to the rest of the peninsula. Hosts made it very easy. Even though they were out of town we were able to get in and out without difficulty. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Argyle coast escape

Our family of 4 loved every minute at Brian and Bec’s cozy and homey little cottage. It’s perfectly located to explore and they’ve thought of everything you could ever need to be comfortable. The linens are lovely, the sun porch was heavenly, and the space was perfectly organized with Bosch appliances and comfy beds. The cottage is small but still perfect for a family of four. We loved exploring Kilmartin, Dunadd, Invarary, and loch Fyne. Brian had great advice for exploring and the cottage made for a quiet rest bit after our day of travel.
