« Excellente expérience dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont assez grandes par rapport à Hong-kong ! Certes il n'y a pas de pdj, mais une machine à expresso et distributeur d'eau sont à disposition 24h/24\. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Nous sommes arrivés un jour plus tard à cause du typhon et ils ont bien voulu nous rembourser la première nuit, encore merci. »

Au check in, on me demande de payer un lit d’appoint pour la 3ème personne. Ce qui augmentait le prix de 50%. Après réclamation auprès de Mercer et de hôtels.com qui se rejettent la faute. Mercer decide exceptionnellement de ne pas me charger le lit d’appoint. »
