"This hotel is located in a lovely area with less than 15 minutes away from the train station; making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, beautiful view of the river, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again! "

"We recently traveled to Switzerland and stayed at this hotel for four days. The overall service was excellent! The receptionist was very welcoming, and the hotel truly felt like home. Everything was well-organized, and our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day. I forgot the name of one of the receptionists, she was tall and slim but she was incredibly kind and helpful. Dimitri, another receptionist, was also very friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Peter, the bartender, his customer service was outstanding. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! I recommend this hotel.
