"I would say that it's a clean property and has well maintained rooms. Walking distance for a Colts game, AAA Indians game, or a couple of museums. Starbucks, new steak house, and High Velocity restaurants inside. Sky walk allows you to connect to the Indiana Convention Center as well. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful. Parking is underground. Bonvoy is something that I am not familiar with as a customer. I wanted to pay for the Executive Lounge for breakfast after the Indy Mini half marathon but it was not on my stay. Someone forgot to add it. For me, it was great to be able to run my race and have a comfortable hotel afterwards."

"Check in was at 3:30 I got there at 5:30 for a Concert which started at 5:30. My room wasnt ready so the hotel offered for me to get ready in the 24 Hour gym bathroom and get my room keys after the concert??? Spent $1,200 for one night and thats the best we can do? SMH"
