"The condo was very clean. Directions for the television, WiFi were very clear! There is a great view of the beach. It was especially nice to have beach chairs and towels available!The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had! It was a great stay!"

"The unit was in overall disrepair Unit was not clean when we arrived. Requested 2nd housekeeping. Checked in after 7pm. No parking available. Beds were not changed. One bed had no linens or blankets Sofa sleeper in living room was dirty. Looked like it came from a 2nd-hand store. Kitchen smelled like bacon grease Trash laying on the bottom of the cabinet under kitchen sink Cold water supply leaking in 2nd bathroom. water on floor caused slipping. No bed linens on beds in 2nd bedroom. No blankets on beds. Air Conditioner made loud grinding noise. Maintenance unable to repair. Had to leave the A/C turned off while sleeping. Fresh towels were dirty. Lipstick on "fresh" towels. Resort fees were not advertised on the Expedia listing. "

"The view was incredible! Plus out the door and steps to the beach. Check in was simple kitchen was well stocked with appliances dishes etc. as well as having beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Bathroom was clean and had a nice big shower. The balcony had a perfect view of the beach and sunsets with a nice table and chairs."

"Fantastic location!! Such a cute place and so clean. Used Walmart plus for grocery and sunscreen delivery and it was wonderful. Will definitely go back!CoCo's was not only super fun but delicious with great service. Met friendly people everywhere we went and loved the area."
